This is a great opportunity to develop New Business and Increase Market
Share for the future while responding to clients needs.
You will be an excellent communicator, born negotiator and possess solid commercial skills.
Ideally you will also have an internet/technical background and enjoy being part of a proactive team.
Your key functions of this role will be to bring on new clients, increase retention, and day to day
communications with these clients.
If you enjoy sales and are highly motivated then this opportunity will ensure you are well rewarded and supported.

Customer Support Officer - Ref: #cst9
This is a broad support role for a talented individual with excellent technical skills.
You will offer a high level of both technical and functional support to clients accross Asia Pacific and USA,
and will work as part of a close knit team.
Your primary role will be to support the Web Hosting products but you will need to also support much
of the back-end including unix and various operating systems.
You will come come from a customer support background with experience in the documentation of
business and user requirements and project co-ordination. A knowledge of databases and direct
marketing is highly desirable as is a knowledge of Unix.
Prior experience in the web hosting industry is highly desired.
Location: Brisbane CBD
Salary: $28-30k
